Midem is the leading international event for the global music community. The conference is dedicated to helping the music industry and its partners develop business and creativity by bringing together the key players of the music ecosystem. Midem was launched in 1967 and takes place in June every year in Cannes, France. deecoob attended Midem for the first time in 2018. The conference was a huge success to the global promotion of our MESLIS Application.

VANDA Project at Round Table of Visual Engineering

The VANDA team seized the opportunity to present the current research of the project at the 20th installation of the Round Table of Visual Engineering (Runder Tisch der Technischen Visualistik). The event was entitled “Learning in a Sea of Data” and was opened by Prof. Rainer Groh, who looked back on the 19 prior events.

Launch of new research project “RECAM”

Together with our partner we have started working on the new research project “RECAM”. This project is a cooperation project between deecoob Technology GmbH and Forensic Sience Investigation Lab at the University of Applied Sciences Mittweida. The abbreviation “RECAM” stands for retrospektive event monitoring for computer forensic enlightenment of copyright misuse on the basis of publicly available digital media.

KickOff on new research project “VANDA”

Together with our partners, we started working on our new research project “VANDA Visual and Analytics Interfaces for Big Data Environments”. The goal is to develop big data driven interfaces, which allow efficient access to strongly growing and differently structured data sets.
